Terms of Service

Last updated: July 22, 2026

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tr-legacy.wiki (the "Site"), an independent fan-operated wiki and guide resource focused on TR Legacy, the Roblox motorcycle racing experience developed by exrgarage. By visiting, browsing, linking to, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

The Site is provided for informational and educational purposes only. We are not Roblox Corporation, exrgarage, or any official representative of TR Legacy or The Ride. Game mechanics, codes, economy values, and feature availability can change without notice when developers publish updates; content on the Site reflects community research and editorial judgment at the time of publication, not a guaranteed contract with any third party.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You may use the Site without creating an account on tr-legacy.wiki itself. However, following links to Roblox, YouTube, Discord, or other third-party services may require separate accounts subject to those providers' terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Roblox credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Roblox account when you act on information found here.

The Site does not knowingly collect personal registration data from children under 13 beyond standard server logs described in our Privacy Policy. Parents and guardians should supervise minors who use Roblox and who read fan wikis. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us directly, contact us using the details in the Privacy Policy so we can review and delete appropriate records.

Permitted Use

You may read, bookmark, share links to, and quote reasonable excerpts from Site pages for personal, non-commercial reference, provided you attribute tr-legacy.wiki and do not misrepresent the content as official Roblox or developer documentation. Educators, streamers, and content creators may reference our guides in videos or streams when such use is transformative and includes clear disclaimer that the Site is fan-made.

You may not scrape the Site at a rate that degrades service, mirror entire sections for competing ad farms, use automated tools to republish our text verbatim without permission, attempt to probe or bypass security controls, inject malicious code, or impersonate Site operators in support channels. You may not use the Site to distribute malware, phishing links, or instructions intended to harm other players' accounts.

Intellectual Property

Original editorial text, layout, and branding on tr-legacy.wiki are owned by the Site operators or licensed contributors. TR Legacy, Roblox, Robux, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. This Site is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation or exrgarage unless explicitly stated on a specific page.

Game screenshots, thumbnails, and names referenced in guides remain subject to copyright and trademark rights of their owners. We use such references under fair use and descriptive nominative purposes to identify the game and help players understand mechanics. If you are a rights holder and believe content should be modified or removed, contact us with sufficient detail for review.

Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site links to external resources including Roblox game pages, YouTube embeds, community discussions, and optional planning tools such as upgrade calculators. We do not control third-party content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of executors, scripts, or automation software mentioned in educational pages is at your sole risk and may violate Roblox Terms of Use; we document risks but do not distribute executables or encourage account compromise.

Affiliate links, if added in the future, will be disclosed clearly. Currently, the Site operates as an independent wiki without claiming official monetization partnerships with Roblox or exrgarage unless a page explicitly states otherwise.

Disclaimers

ALL SITE CONTENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that codes listed as active will remain redeemable, that tier lists will match your skill level, or that shutdown schedules will match developer plans.

Racing games involve competitive mechanics; following our guides does not guarantee wins, currency earnings, or account safety. Decisions about purchases inside Roblox, group membership, or use of third-party software remain entirely yours. Consult official Roblox support for account security issues.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE OPERATORS AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us directly for access to the Site in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) ten United States dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Site operators, contributors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of Roblox or applicable law in connection with information you obtained here.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date. Material changes may additionally be noted in site announcements when practical. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with revised Terms, stop using the Site.

Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Site operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Disputes should first be raised via good-faith contact through privacy-related channels listed on our Privacy Policy page.

For questions about these Terms, refer to the contact section in our Privacy Policy. Fan wiki correspondence is best-effort and does not replace official Roblox or developer support channels for game-specific account issues.
